Vice-President Marketing and Desjardins Brand
- Caroline Lavallée manages and develops Desjardins Group’s brand image and national donations and sponsorship strategy. She’s in charge of designing and implementing the marketing plan and offer strategies for all Desjardins Personal Services products for Quebec and Desjardins Ontario Credit Union. Caroline develops and executes marketing strategies for Personal and Business Services.
Caroline has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a master’s degree in marketing. She has worked in the banking sector for close to 15 years in product development and marketing strategy. She joined Desjardins in 2012, taking on senior management roles in payment solutions before joining the Strategy and Marketing Division in 2018. Her leadership and vision make her an engaged, modern manager.
