As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are introducing a new policy regarding the issuing of paper and electronic statements.
As of January 2018, participants who are receiving their statement in paper format will automatically be switched to the paper and electronic option. As a result, these participants will receive their annual statement (which is issued as of December 31) in paper format, and can access their other period statements (if applicable) online.
Please note that this new format policy does not affect the participants who are already receiving all their statements online. Participants can generate a statement at any time and for the period of their choice.
We are including an insert in the December 31 paper statement announcing these changes, as well as encouraging participants to provide or verify their email address on the participant services website so we can inform them that their statements are available.
