What to do in an emergency

Call our Travel Assistance service BEFORE you go to the hospital or clinic and follow their instructions.

If you can’t call yourself (e.g., if you’re unconscious), someone else will have to call for you within 24 hours of your accident or illness.

If you’re travelling alone, we recommend that you keep your travel insurance card on you at all times.
