If you've got the following qualifications or skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year's customer service or sales experience
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (you may need to be bilingual for certain positions)
  • Qualities or skills:
    • Excellent sense of customer service

    • Ability to communicate information
    • Ability to listen
    • Discipline
    • Computer skills
